WHAT WE DO...
Durango Family (and Commercial) Photography by Gary VanDenBerg is one of Durango, Colorado's most respected studio's in the Four Corners area. Beyond local recognition such as being nominated as "Durango's Favorite Photographer" for the past three years in a row by the Durango Herald, Gary VanDenBerg has also been published in multiple national online and print magazines. Most recently he has been recognized as one of the "Top 50 Up-And-Coming" High School Senior Photographers in the nation by one of the industry's most respected organizations The Twelfth Year (December 2018). His photography has earned him the right to be called "Who to Follow and What's Hot in the Senior Social Media World" by Senior Style Guide Magazine (April 2018).
When he isn't in the studio or on location with his clients, Gary is at home with his beautiful wife and their two children, Jackson (7) and Henley (4). If you ask Gary what he loves, he'll tell you he's most thankful for his family, God, and the ability to work with so many different people from so many different backgrounds. When clients are asked what they liked most about their experience with Gary, the most common response is that they appreciated how comfortable and confident he made them feel in front of the camera.
